Even though I didn't vote for the guy, I really believe that if someone has made it so far as to be elected President of The Best Country On Earth, he deserves some respect. And so, I'm going to refrain from complaining about him until he totally screws the country up. Although, I can't imagine it getting any worse than it is.
So anyhoo, one of my favorite knitters made this totally cute knitted doll of Obama. And posted the pattern for free. If I knew someone who really loved the guy, I'd totally knit this for them. Like one of those people who had never voted before this election. I do love the guy for that. Inspiring people to believe that they have the power to change things. Cause that's what's so great about America.

I like the doll, it is cute and it does look like him! I think Obama is going to make good things happen again. America is a great country and we grown so much. Good things will come to us all.
