We just went and picked up the keys to our new home! I took some pictures of the kitchen and the FIVE!!!! burner stainless steel oven!!! Did I mention that there are FIVE burners!! GAS burners!! And the oven is wide enough to bake two pizzas side by side!!! I really think that this is the oven that they stock in heaven. Okay. Moving on...
And I took pictures of some other things but I'll post tomorrow cause if you didn't get it in my previous post, I'm sleepy and not in the mood to post pictures. But, I had to mention some Caleb cuteness.
He was fully entertained in the front yard while Shane and I cleaned (well, while I cleaned) and figured out where all the furniture would go. He loves the awesome waterpark (sprinkle system) in the front lawn and the snails that apparently beg to be dropped, kicked, stepped on and kicked. There's also a slightly mangy, but very friendly orange cat that showed up. I was in the house with Shane when Caleb came running over to us...
C: Mommy! Mommy! Come here! Come here! Comhere! COMHERE!! COMERE!!!! HURRYYYYYYYYY!!!!!
So, I follow him to the driveway as I realize I haven't much of a choice but to COMHERE!!!
C: LOOK!! A cat!!!
M: Oh. Okay.
C: I think he's my cat.
M: hmmm.... really? I don't think so. I think he probably belongs to someone.
C: But, no one is here to get him. He's mine.
Well, we're not sure if there are any kids close to his age near by, so at least he's already made a friend :)

OMG that is TOO cute!!! It must be so fun to have Caleb around he is so entertaining!! I am glad you got the keys that is great! Now you can settle in and Caleb will have a bit of a yard to play in! I hope all goes well tomorrow and I can't wait to see pictures of your new home!
I'll bring some cat food with me. Then Caleb can make frieds with "the cat." Look how well Socks bonded with me after 7 yrs now. Before he got hurt last year, he was determined to keep his independence and remain the neighborhood cat.
Are you sure you want another cat???
I made shoyu chicken last night. Yum!
Yeah for new houses!! I cannot wait to see pictures. Oh, and I have five gas burners. It's great!
Hey, are you okay? What's up?
