Geodesic Dome

Last week, Caleb and I made this Geodesic Dome from Family Fun magazine. It was pretty fun to make, although Caleb really couldn't help too much with the construction. I had him doing things like putting all the newspaper sticks into groups and laying them out into triangles.

We put some sheets over it and he used it as a tent for a few days. But, it was really getting in the way and we have no where to keep it so it had to be taken apart. I knew he was going to be very upset about this, so I thought I would make it fun for him. And what could be more fun for a little boy than to get to destroy something?

I clicked my camera over to the "action" setting just as he tackled it. And for some reason, the pictures came out like this. I really wish I knew more about cameras.

Getting to destroy something is *definitely* as much fun as playing with something for a boy!
