But my kids are total overachievers!!
Caleb, who isn't even 5.5 yrs old, lost his first tooth a few days ago!!
And Georgiana, who is not quite 10.5 mo. old, just took her first couple steps!! That totally made my Mother's Day :)
I'm so sorry you just missed it Mom!! It would have been so awesome if you were able to have seen it too :( But, we'll make her show off for you in a few weeks!!

Hmmm...I thought that 5 was a normal time for kids to lose their first teeth. Ella was 5 years, 4 months and Sarah was sometime around that same age. Are they supposed to lose them later? But I guess I thought that because they got teeth so early (4 months) that they would lose them early.
But isn't it TOTALLY EXCITING! How'd he lose it? What'd he say?
And YEAH for Ana!!
Don't burst my bubble Joanna! It's about as early as they get. Lots of the kids in Caleb's taekwondo class are just losing their first first teeth and they're about a year older than him. And one of my friends used to teach first grade and she said lots would lose their first then. So, your kids are overachievers too!
Huh...well, that's cool!
And you didn't answer my other questions!! Was he oohing and aahing over all the blood and stuff?
There really wasn't any blood. He was excited but he didn't say much. Bu, he was really excited when the tooth fairy left a few coins under his pillow. He was telling everyone the first couple days, but he's over it now.
Right before he lost it, he got a little angry and said he didn't want adult teeth. He wanted little teeth and to stay a kid forever. I think it's because he plans on learning how to read when he's an adult :)
