So, how did it happen? Both realtors agreed to reduce their commissions and he reduced the amount of money he would put towards repairs by $2,000. I'm not too happy with that last one, but considering he came down another $15,000 and we were very close to taking him up on it, I can live with $2,000 less. Hopefully the repairs won't even go over what he is paying.
