Boy with a capital B

So, this could have been a Make You Smile Monday post, but I've gotten to dislike waiting for these posts to appear. So, I'm just gonna post things when Caleb provides something good to share. Let me know if you'd prefer the Monday posts instead.

We were at my friend Linda's house, where Caleb gets to play with her two older girls. I've mentioned them before. You know, the BIG kids. They're perfect for Caleb because they can hold their own and I know that if they needed to, they could put Caleb in his place :) Maddy is the oldest, at 7, and is 14 inches taller than Caleb and outweighs him by 50 pounds. So anyway, Linda and I were gabbing and Maddy tells us...

Maddy: Caleb hit and kicked me!

Me: Caleb! What are you doing!!??

Maddy: He smacked me! And he kicked me!

Caleb: No I didn't!! I didn't smack her!! I just kicked her.

And then Linda and her husband couldn't help but to start laughing hysterically, which made me laugh. So, I had to explain, on the way home, that it was SO wrong. Even though we laughed.

As to not make Caleb sound like the naughtiest kid ever, I should mention that the kids do get a bit more rambunctious around each other. Just before that, they were all throwing toys at one another. Squeals of laughter were the dead give away that they were doing something naughty.
