Shane likes to talk about how the baby is going to be so smart since she is stealing all my brain cells. This happened with Caleb too, but I don't remember it happening so early on. This morning after I got dressed, I kept tugging at my shirt because it was so uncomfortable. I had never worn it before and was really disappointed that I had spent good money on this ill-fitting top. I finally figured out that I had put it on backwards! That took me about an hour to figure out.
And then I got to go shopping at Joann's and I kid you not, I roamed around for about 20 minutes because I couldn't decide if I wanted to get the crib-size batting (and use my 40% off coupon) or 1.5 yards of the batting that is on sale. I finally settled on the sale batting. So, after many other cases of indecision, I finally make my purchases. I'm getting in the truck and notice I can't. Something is preventing me from getting in the seat! Oh. It's the plastic shopping basket that my arm is wrapped around. I didn't even realize it was there! It's empty of course because in my other arm is the plastic bag with my purchases. So, I had to walk back to the store to return it. I hope no one saw me, that was a little embarrassing.
BTW, thanks Johanna for the tip about Target returns without a receipt. I returned all of the super-sized items I bought and got the smaller packages instead. That is so good to now, because I would have never assumed that they would be able to look up that info with just my credit card.

That is TOO funny woman! Sometimes I do goofy stuff too and I have no excuse, so use this excuse to the fullest while you can, in the mean time keep sharing the stories I enjoy them

I don't know what will happen if I get MORE clumsy! I just might break something! The last time we went to the snow I got out of the jepp and boom I feel on my butt on black ice and then I was going down a snowy hill to go potty and had too much speed and went face first into the snow, my kneww slammed on a tree root and I hurt bad. Derrek and Roscoe stood at the top fo the hill and laughed, I am glad I can be so entertaining, I still have a bruise from that event two weeks ago. i thought I shatted my knee cap, but I am used to self inflicted pain now. Derrek and his friends are going again this weekend and I am not so sure that I want to go this time as I dont really want to break somthing....AHHHHH. I cant handle more clumsy! LOL
Don't worry, I'm not clumsy when I'm pregnant. Once in a while, I lose my balance for no reason at all, but I always catch myself. But, hopefully, you won't fall down when your pregnant! I did slip and slide down the stairs on my behind when I was about 5 months pregnant with Caleb, lol. But, he turned out fine :)
I do the same thing when I am pregnant! Sometimes even when I'm not pregnant, but we won't go there now...
I'm glad I could help on the Target return thing! I utilize their receipt lookup all the time!
